SPOT is not liable for misuse of the system in violation of the law.

4. Account & Access

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

5. Payments & Fees

  • Services may be subject to installation fees, subscription fees, or maintenance charges
  • Payments must be made as agreed
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee:

  • Availability during system upgrades or maintenance

Performance may be affected by network coverage, hardware, or external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

All content, systems, software, and branding are owned by SPOT or its licensors.
